He learned dance since he was 4 yrs old, his dad was a dance instructor & dreamed his son will be a star growing up. (In dino's words "he pushed the dream on to him.")
During 6th grade Dino got into Michael Jackson & dreamed of becoming a singer/dancer, joining dance crew & winning many competitions.
And through his father he learnt many different dance genres.
He participated in Jeonju Dance tournament, he won a daesang and through a pledis staff in attendance he was casted at 13 years old and 3years later he debuted.

DINO DANCEOLOGY is a SERIES. a collection of dance covers choreographed by Seventeen Main Dancer DINO. Clearly showcases his zeal, passion and love for dance and choreography.

DINO's first solo editorial shoot was with Esquire in 2021 he said "i can't forget this day, it's my first time" In the same interview he said he wants to be a leader for a day because he wonders what it feels like to be the oldest in his family and the leader of the team as well. and he also wants to know what it feels like to have same age friends.
And later on in 2022 he did a collab shoot with BIODERMA for ELLE Korea March issue.
In 2023 he did the iconic cover shoot with Seungkwan for Star1 Magazine.
In Late 2023 he did a shoot with ARENA HOMME+ KOREA Magazine following his promotion for his solo WAIT.
On 29th February 2024 Dino attended ParisFashionWeek marking a record as his first ever fashion show invitation since debut. For THE OFF-WHITE 2024 Fall/Winter Show"BLACK BY POPULAR DEMAND” FW 24/25 show celebrating youth and culture directed by IB Kamara.

In 2023 Dino was part of a Variety tv show for Coupang TV called Magic Lamp. Its a traveling and drinking show the theme of the show is "gathering people who like drinking"•The cast of the show is 7 men(SEVENTEEN'S Jeonghan 95 & Dino 99, Ciipher's Tan 96, Lee Jooahn 96, Kang Hui 91, Jun P 94 and JYJ Jaejoong 86 ).
The show was filmed in France, for 2 weeks early 2023 and was later released in the year.
The show includes touring France, wine tasting, group hangouts and games.

ABOUT PICHEOLIN
Pi cheolin was first seen on caratland 2021's skit (wha-what on earth). His name - Pi cheolin sounds like featuring and you can see him in every shot he's potrayed as a 54 yr old nosy man.
Pi cheolin later appears on a GoingSeventeen episode "wonwoo's diary" where he and his brother Pi dubaek go around sebong 2-ri village to tell everyone around about the national singing contest!
With another sudden pop up, we see him as THE CEO of BOMG Pi Cheolin. With plans to debut his artists with their new hit, God of Light Music! The song was such a hit gaining a spot at number 10 on mcountdown after its release on music platforms gaining even more fame to his entertainment company BOMG.
He has also made stage appearances on Famous Kpop group SEVENTEEN concerts.
His recent appearance was at the GDA 2024 featuring his debut rap for 4th Gen idols BooSeokSoon's fighting stage! Leaving everyone in awe.

In the GoingSeventeen episode multiverse, he is actually Dino's grandfather.
Dino listens to ahjussis so that he can learn more about immersing in Pi cheolin's role.
Dino stated he can easily turn into Pi cheolin once he wears glasses.
Pi cheolin, the ==ever generous CEO sent rice cakes for Dino's mixtape Inkigayo shoot for carats.

Released on the 27th of November, Dino stated he worked hard on this project even during SEVENTEEN'S God of Music practices and promotions.
Entirely present in the making of the song including the lyrics, highlighting his vocals and perfect dancing precisions in the song's choreography.
We see his excitement with the promotion of his long awaited solo.
With this solo he is the 4th SEVENTEEN member appear on Seventeen's Solo photobook series 'The Thirteen Tapes'.
